The Long Beach Unified School District ("District") is requesting proposals ("Proposal(s)") to provide Materials Testing and Inspection Services for the Asphalt Replacement Project for Burbank Elementary School, Whittier Elementary School, Lindsey Academy, and Cleveland Elementary School as described below and shown in project's drawing and specifications. Luther Burbank Elementary School (03-122137) - Project Description: Luther Burbank Elementary School (Burbank ES) is located at 501 Junipero Avenue, Long Beach, California 90814. Project includes labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for the alteration to the hardcourt and parking lot areas which includes asphalt replacement, repavement, striping, and demo existing playground matting/equipment according to the bid plans and specifications. Whittier Elementary School (03-122139) - Project Description: Whittier Elementary School (Whittier ES) is located at 1761 Walnut Avenue, Long Beach, California 90813. Project includes labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for the alteration to the hardcourt and parking lot areas which includes asphalt replacement, repavement, striping and demo existing playground matting/equipment according to the bid plans and specifications. Perry Lindsey Academy (03-122138) - Project Description: Perry Lindsey Academy (Lindsey Academy) is located at 5075 Daisy Avenue, Long Beach, California 90805. Project includes labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for the alteration to the hardcourt and parking lot areas which includes asphalt replacement, repavement, and striping, according to the bid plans and specifications.
