Work consists of the destruction of one (1) existing municipal well, and the drilling, construction, development, and testing of two (2) new municipal wells. Other Details The Work Site is located within Stearns Champions Park, in the City of Long Beach, California, at the following addresses: Well Alamitos 9: located approximately 90 feet southeast of the intersection of E. 23rd Street and Roycroft Avenue, within Stearns Champions Park, Long Beach, CA 90815. Well Alamitos 9A: located at 4518 E. 23rd Street, approximately 400 feet west of the community center at Stearns Champions Park, Long Beach, CA 90815. Well Alamitos 14: located at 4528 E. 23rd Street, immediately north of the community center at Stearns Champions Park, Long Beach, CA 90815. Questions must be received by 4:30 p.m. on April 21, 2022. Questions shall be submitted to Dian Tanuwidjaja at dian.tanuwidjaja@lbwater.org and include the subject line "Drilling of Water Wells Alamitos 9A and Alamitos 14: Question" Online Q&A No Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Liquidated Damages $1000 per day Project Duration Work must be completed within two hundred forty five (245) calendar days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed.
