The proposed improvement consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials to reconstruct and improve vehicle and pedestrian accommodations on a 0.850-mile section of Belleville Crossing. The existing asphalt pavement will be milled and resurfaced with hot-mix asphalt surface. The project will include replacement of the ramp, concrete curb, and sidewalk at the intersection of Belleville Crossing and Voellinger Place.
