The awarded bidder is responsible for all fees due to the portal Media Borough is soliciting bids for installation of pedestrian walkway lighting, ADA accessible curb ramps, sidewalks and associated facilities to extend facilities along State Street to the West End of the Borough. Bids must be made on the forms furnished by the Owner and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond issued by a Surety licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the amount of at least ten (10%) of the total price bid made payable to the Owner. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner.
