The Work consists of: Relocation of existing parking area to an adjacent meadow including earthwork to expand to (54) car capacity, ADA parking and walkway, lighting, paving, native plantings, and construction of ADA parking at Cozy Cottage with walkways. In addition work also includes reconstruction of Lake dam spillway structure and outlet.
