OBJECT The CISSS des Laurentides wishes to enter into a service agreement for the collection of residual materials for the compactor at the St-Jérôme hospital. The duration of the contract will be for a period of four (4) years including options. It is the responsibility of the TENDERER to ensure that the content of its tender clearly demonstrates the compliance of the goods offered with each criterion requested in this estimate, in order to allow the CISSS des Laurentides to accurately assess the compliance of the goods submitted. . If the TENDERER is unable to comply with one or other of these requirements, it is mandatory that he contacts the file manager to verify whether an alternative is possible by issuing an an Addendum. The contract will be subject to ACCQO, AQNB and ALEC. The deadline for receiving complaints filed under section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (LCOP) is June 20, 2022.
