Each bid must be in accordance with the specifications, as approved by the Governing Board of the school district. Copies of the approved specifications may be obtained from, and proposals submitted to the Student Nutrition Office at the above address. The school district will adhere to the California Administrative Code whenever possible. Excerpts from these codes are available at the Purchasing Office. The Board will not consider or accept any bids from vendors who are not licensed to do business in the State of California. The Board of Trustees, of the school district reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularity in any bid received, and to be the sole judge of the suitability of the items and services offered. The school district shall furnish a standardized bid form to each prospective supplier. Suppliers must submit their bids on the forms provided. Bids not presented on the forms so furnished, shall be disregarded. Items will be awarded based on an item per item basis. (Items must comply with federal regulations 7 CFR Parts 210 and 220) All usages are estimates and cannot be held as absolute requirements. Pursuant to Education Code, Section 39644 and 81644, bids may be extended for up to two (2) additional one-year periods under the same terms and conditions. Pricing is for the period of July 01, 2022 through June 30, 2023
