Renovation of a mixed-use development in Porterville, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; religious / funeral development; and residential development.

Per the owner, as of February 14, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded to a general contractor. The owner did not disclose information regarding a design team. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ............ Provide professional architectural, engineering design and construction management services for the Preliminary Plan, Working Drawing and Construction Administration phases of the above project. All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional, or contractor, licensed in the State of California. The conceptual estimated cost of construction for the project is approximately $6,000,000.00. The estimated duration of this contract is 4 years.
