KCHA, at its sole discretion and option, may renew the contract incrementally or in whole for up to two (2) additional years. With the exception of emergency work, a Purchase Order number must be acquired by the contractor from KCHA prior to scheduling or performing any service under this contract. KCHA has sole discretion for determining whether work qualifies as an emergency. Bid, payment and performance bonds will not be required for RFP submission or any resulting contract.
