Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tipton, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit competitive sealed proposals from qualified and experienced individual(s) or firm(s) to provide clean gravel, leveling/eliminating potholes, parking curbs, or barriers as needed, and drainage for the Tipton R-VI School District parking lots and the Knights of Columbus shared lot. Tipton R-VI School District is requesting bids for the west parking lot (Knights of Columbus lot), east football field gravel lot, and new gravel for the east side of the elementary and middle school. The successful Contractor will be expected to provide all tools, transportation, labor, insurance, and equipment necessary to perform the required duties herein. The project's overall objectives are to a) provide adequate gravel for the lots and areas indicated and to leave the ground level with no potholes and with sufficient drainage to eliminate water pooling. b) Provide parking curbs where needed. The area should be ready for parking at completion. Bids must be typed or written in ink and signed. Bids must be signed by an official of the company. The proposed price shall be good for a period of at least one hundred twenty (90) days from the submittal date. Tipton R-VI School District reserves the right to refuse all bids and waive any technicalities and formalities. Tipton R-VI School District reserves the right to negotiate with all qualified offerors and reserves the right to cancel this solicitation in part or in its entirety if it is in the best interest of the District to do so. Any agreement for services is subject to board approval.
