Renovation of a mixed-use development in Tipton, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library; and municipal facility.
The City Hall project includes the following: Removal of existing asbestos shingles to deck Removal of existing drip edge metal Removal of existing pipe flashings Replace bad decking as necessary Install synthetic underlayment over roof area Install new aluminum drip edge Install new pipe flashings Install limited lifetime Owens Corning Duration shingles, black in color Remove existing dormers vents and replace with black aluminum Remove all roof attachments and reinstall Dispose of materials removed. The Library project includes the original building roof only and includes the following: Removal of existing shingles and modified roofing down to the deck Remove existing drip edge Remove exiting pipe flashings Remove and reset metal and wood decorative railing Install ice and water shields at valleys Install synthetic felt Install new drop edge and gravel stop Install new pipe flashings Install limited lifetime Owens Corning Duration shingles, black in color Install HD cover boards on flat roofs Fully adhere 60mil EPDM roof membrane with 20 year manufacture NDL warranty Flash wall curbs and penetrations to manufacture specifications Dispose of all materials removed and provide dump receipts.
