ORDER NUMBER: 68996 Bids will be considered at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Municipality of Kingston Borough Council to be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. (local time) in the Kingston Borough Council Chambers at the Kingston CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 6/24/2022 4:00 PM The Municipality of Kingston will receive Bids online for the Third Avenue and Church Street Revitalization and Public Safety Project,Contract No. 2 - Recreational Pedestrian Walking Trail, generally consisting of the construction of a bituminous concrete recreational pedestrian walking trail and the installation of trail safety lighting, and all incidental work related thereto. Borough Municipal Building, located at 500 Wyoming Avenue, Kingston PA 18704. Each Bid, when submitted, must be accompanied by a "Bid Security" in an amount of 10% of Bidder's maximum Bid price to be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders; and (B) all forms, statements, affidavits and certifications, as more particularly listed in Article 7 of the Bid Form. Bidder(s) attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum wages and salaries in accordance with provisions of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 and contained in the Contract Documents, must be paid throughout the duration of the Contract.
