AWARD DETERMINATION :
* Final award determination is based upon the lowest responsive, responsible bid (s) which may also include a review of bidder's qualifications, experience, and resources, bidder's ability to meet the requirements and perform the services specified in this solicitation, past performance, and bidder's acceptance of County of Orange terms and conditions.
* The County at its sole discretion reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids received as a result of this solicitation or to cancel in part or in its entirety. RIGHTS RESERVED TO COUNTY:
* Accept or reject in whole or in part any or all bids at its sole discretion and to solicit for new bids, as the County may deem to be in its best interests;
* Withdraw in part or in its entirety this IFB at any time without prior notice; and/or
* Further negotiate pricing with the lowest Bidder as necessary to serve the best interests of the County;
* The County makes no representation that any Contract will be awarded to any Bidder responding to this IFB.
