Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a 104,183-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The Owner seeks to construct two (2) facilities; a new solid waste garage for day-to-day operations, and an administrative building for solid waste division staff. This new garage will be approximately 95,460 square feet, and the administrative space will be approximately 8,723 square feet. These facilities will be constructed on the Belmont Campus, on land currently occupied by the city's impound lot. Preliminary designs, environmental borings, and a Phase I report have all been completed for this property. The Phase 1 study, site plan, floorplans, and renderings are included in attachments. Existing solid waste facilities will remain in operation throughout construction activities. Construction Budget: For this RFP, assume construction budget of ten million dollars ($10,000,000) for the garage and another one million five-hundred thousand ($1,500,000) for the office building.
