Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Holland, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 8,850 lineal feet of 8' wide HMA Pathway Overlay 600 lineal feet of 8' wide HMA Pathway Patching 850 lineal feet of 8' wide HMA Pathway Replacement with Concrete Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by funds received from Laketown Township. A bid bond, certified check, or cashiers check payable to Laketown Township in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of forty-five (45) days after the receipt of bids The project shall be completed within forty-five (45) days after starting work or by November 1st, 2022, whichever comes first.
