Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ullin, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consist of construction of new driveways, modification of existing parking lot striping, and modification of existing parking lot lighting. Bid Security Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid In The Amount Of Five Percent (5%), Of The Bid Amount. No Bids May Be With-drawn For A Period Of 30 Days After Opening of Bids. Owner Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Bids And To Waive Informalities And Irregularities Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to Obtain insurance and bonds required for the work. A performance bond, separate labor and Material payment bond, and insur-ance in a form acceptable to owner will be required of the Successful bidder. He owner requires all contractors and vendors doing business with the owner not to Discriminate against anyone on the basis of race, age, color, religion, gender, sexual Orientation, ancestry, non job-related handicaps or national origin. Shawnee community college reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to waive Any and all informalities in the bidding. After receipt of bids and completion of the Review process, shawnee community college may award a contract to the bidder that, in Its opinion, will provide a combination of the best services and reasonable cost
