Demolition and site work for a residential development in East Saint Louis, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Demolition of Structure at 3506 State Street in the City of East St. Louis as more fully set out in the Scope of Work section of this Request for Proposals ("RFP"). The city will evaluate RFPs and make a selection based on the firm's technical ability, experience, and ability to perform the work. The City will not provide compensation or defray any costs incurred by any firm related to the response to this request. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all persons or firms. The City also reserves the right to reject any or all RFPs, or to accept any deemed most advantageous to the City, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the RFPs received, and to revise the process schedule as circumstances arise. Latest Time to Submit Request for Interpretation January 26, 2023 Latest Time to Issue An addendum January 27, 2023 The Contractor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to fully operate and maintain all equipment necessary to provide debris clearing and removal services. By making a proposal on the Project, the Bidder represents that the Bidder has examined the Scope of Work. Any questions about the meaning or intent of the specifications must be submitted, per the above schedule, prior to the submission date February 2, 2023 to Cortillian Andrews at 618-482-6664 or email at candrews@cesl.us. Each proposal shall be completed on the form furnished by the City.
