The City is currently looking for a company that can provide the services as outlined in the scope of work below. The required services and performance conditions are described in the Scope of Work. The City of East St. Louis encourages certified MBEs and WBEs to submit bids in accordance with the terms and conditions required. Providing the Following Scope of Work: 1. Install 2800 Square Feet 0 F Carpet 2. Remove Old and Install New Baseboards 3. Remove All Old Carpet squares 4. Install All New Carpet Squares (Must Use Carpet Tile Adhensive) During Installation 5. Remove and Resetting of Furniture The City will select the successful bid based upon several evaluation factors: including features as outlined in this RFB. The selection of finalists and the final award will be decided based on the bid submitted by a qualified vendor that best meets the needs of the City as determined by the City.
