The City of East St. Louis is requesting bids for work to be per-formed at 7600 State Street, East Saint Louis, Illinois. The City is currently looking for a company that can provide the services as outlined in the scope of work below under the ARP Business Eco-nomic Recovery Grant. The required services and performance conditions are described in the Scope of Work.
