The City of East St. Louis is requesting bids for work to be per-formed at 218 Collinsville Ave, East Saint Louis, Illinois. The City is currently looking for a company that can provide the services as outlined in the scope of work below under the ARP Business Economic Recovery Grant. The required services and performance conditions are described in the Scope of Work. The City of East St. Louis encourages certi-fied MBEs and WBEs to submit bids in accordance with the terms and conditions required. The City of East St. Louis shall not be responsible for the prema-ture opening of a Proposal, which is not properly addressed or identified. Late Proposals will not be considered.
