PARCEL ID 02-26.0-304-043 The city will evaluate RFPs and make a selection based on the firm's technical ability, experience, and ability to perform the work. The City will not provide compensation defray any costs incurred by any firm related to the response to this request. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all persons or firms. The City also reserves the right to reject any or all RFPs, or to accept any deemed most advantageous to the City, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the RFPs received, and to revise the process schedule as circumstances arise. Latest Time to Submit Request for Interpretation November 25, 2022 Latest Time to Issue An addendum November 28, 2022 Scope of Work: The Contractor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to fully operate andmaintain all equipment necessary to provide debris clearing and removal services. By making a proposal on the Project, the Bidder represents that the Bidder has examined the Scope of Work. Any questions about the meaning or intent of the specifications must be submitted, per the above schedule, prior to the submission date November 29, 2022 to Cortillian Andrews at 618-482-6664 or email at candrews@cesl.us. Each proposal shall be completed on the form furnished by the City. This contract will include demolishing and removing structures located within the City of East St. Louis MBE (30%)
