Renovation of a transportation facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The City of Colorado Springs Transit Services, DBA Mountain Metropolitan Transit (MMT), would like to receive bids from licensed contractors for our 1145 Transit Drive Meter Retrofit project. The performing Contractor shall provide labor, materials, design, engineering, and project management/coordination services as required to achieve the successful retrofit installation of one (1) online/monitored Electrical Utility Service Meters into the existing electrical infrastructure and BEB charging system. Contractor shall be responsible for coordinating with Colorado Springs Utilities (CSU) to confirm quantity and arrangement of meter(s). This coordination responsibility shall include completing CSU's Load Data Form, providing all required information, usage data, details, permits, drawings, and other requirements which CSU may impose upon this scope of work. Contractor shall be responsible for coordinating with CSU regarding any retrofit work to the existing electrical infrastructure which this work may necessitate, and Contractor shall be responsible for performing any such required work which falls outside the utility service provider's sphere of responsibility. Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements are in effect for this project QUESTIONS DUE: 12/9/22 5:00 PM MST
