Renovation of a transportation facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK The project will include new gate podiums, counters, signage, GIDS and will adjust the seating layout at hold rooms in Terminal 1 D Gates. New in-floor electrical service for new charging stations will be installed. This will also include FIDS upgrades throughout T1, paging updates in D Gates and terrazzo in Terminal 1 C/B Bridge and C/D tram areas. This project will also include the re-grouting of the tile joints in the D Gates public areas. A Project Site Tour will follow immediately after the Pre-Bid Conference. The purpose of the Conference is to review and discuss the Bid Documents as well as the Drawings, specifications and the County's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Policy. Bids must be time-stamped at or before 1:30:00 p.m. Bids time-stamped after 1:30:00 p.m. will be subject to rejection in their entirety. The OWNER, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Regulations, hereby notifies all Bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
