Renovation of a multi-residential development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation ("Owner") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a complete hydraulic elevator modernization at 528 Hudson Street, Winnipeg, MB as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3). Deadline for questions June 23, 2022. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca Please note the supplementary conditions have been updated for the CCDC 2 20 Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
