Site work and paving for a civil project in Simcoe, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This Request for Quotation (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Corporation of Norfolk County ("Norfolk County") to prospective Bidders to submit bids to construct the East Townsend Branch of the JA Smith Drain. Project will include the installation of 111m of HDPE sewer pipe, three (3) catchbasins and two (2) road crossings, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix C) (the "Deliverables"). The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year with an option in favour of Norfolk County to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for one (1) additional term of up to six (6) months. The work will commence only after written instruction from Norfolk County, and is expected to begin on or around July 20, 2022 with a desired completion date of December 31, 2022 Documents can be obtained at: https://norfolk.bidsandtenders.ca Award subject to final approval.
