Portland Community College (PCC) is soliciting proposals for Architectural, Engineering Design, and Contract Administration from the schematic design phase through to construction for the Design Services - District Wide Public Safety Office Renovation Project at our Cascade, Sylvania, and South East campuses. PCC recently completed an assessment of Public Safety Office spaces District Wide which identified opportunities for improving consistency and redundancy in Public Safety office features throughout the college. As a result, the following three (3) distinct projects have been identified for renovation: Cascade Campus Public Safety Building Renovation, with Dispatch, and Swing Space Renovation Sylvania Campus Public Safety Office & Dispatch Renovation with Swing Space Renovation South East Campus Public Safety Office Location Planning and Renovation. It is anticipated that a construction contractor will be brought on in late Summer 2022 via Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) project delivery method. The successful proposer will be expected to participate in the selection process of the construction contractor and work closely with the selected contractor throughout the project lifecycle.
