All bids should be properly marked CITY CLERK/BIDS and PROJECT NO. 10331 on the outer envelope. NO electronic submissions will be accepted. The Information for Bidders, Bid Form, Agreement, Plans, Specifications, Bid Bond Form, and Performance Bond form, and other contract documents may be examined at the following location: City of Crossville, Engineering & Planning Department, 392 North Main St., 4th Floor, Crossville, TN. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive irregularities and/or informalities in any Bid, and to make an award in any manner, consistent with law, deemed in the best interest of the City. This project is supported, in whole or in part, by funds awarded to the City of Crossville by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
