Principal Work Location: 201 Vintage Drive, Kenner, Louisiana 70065 Description of Basic Work: Includes site demolition work to remove an existing concrete basketball court and goals, existing light poles and site development to extend concrete walkway, installing new treated wood stairs/ramps, raised treated wood decks, aluminum canopies, and extend and connect to existing site utilities, as well as provide concrete foundations and coordination for the installation of two modular classroom buildings, furnished and installed by the Owners vendor.
