Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 12 Maintenance services for the mechanical equipment and water quality of the swimming pool at Les Seigneuries high school, located in the municipality of Saint-Pierre-les-Becquets Year 2022 plus 2 option years The Center de services scolaire de la Riveraine wishes to obtain bids to award a technical service contract to service providers to carry out the maintenance of the swimming pool, its mechanical equipment and the evolution of water quality. at the Seigneuries secondary school located in the municipality of Saint-Pierre-les-Becquets. CONTRACT LENGTH By submitting prices, BIDDERS undertake to provide the goods, services or perform the work described in the call for tenders document for the initial contractual period of the contract, as well as for any contractual extension period provided for in this article. The initial contract period begins on the date of contract award and ends August 23, 2023. On the termination date previously determined, the contract is automatically extended, under the same conditions, up to a maximum of 2 additional and successive one-year extension periods. If applicable, the extension date will begin the day after the termination date and end. 1 year following the extension date.
Each year, the SCHOOL SERVICE CENTER may however prevent the automatic extension of the contract by sending the SERVICE PROVIDER a notice to this effect before the start of any extension period. The SERVICE PROVIDER cannot prevent the automatic extension of the contract and the unilateral decision to prevent its extension belongs exclusively to the SCHOOL SERVICE CENTER. The contract ends no later than August 23, 2025. SUBMISSION GUARANTEE All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee valid for a period of 45 days from the date and time limit set for the receipt of tenders. The bid guarantee must represent 10% of the total amount of the bid excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of a certified cheque, money order, irrevocable letter of guarantee or bid bond issued in favor of the SCHOOL SERVICES CENTER by a company legally authorized to stand surety. OTHERS The SCHOOL SERVICES CENTER does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and opened. In order to ensure uniformity in the interpretation of tender documents and to facilitate the exchange of information, the SCHOOL SERVICE CENTER designates Mr. Gabriel Chassé, Director of the Material Resources Department to represent it.
