The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Plant Genetic Resource Unit located in Geneva, NY has a requirement to replace the existing roof membrane, insulation, flashings and accessories in their entirety with a new twenty-year warrantied Thermoplastic Olefin (TPO) roofing system. Solicitation 12305B22R0012 is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document, with the incorporated clauses and provisions, is issued in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 13 and 36 and will be incorporated in the awarded firm-fixed price order.
