Site work for a mixed-use development in Hartford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
The Town of West Hartford (Town) is seeking to secure a highly qualified Contractor to provide all the labor, materials, supplies, furnishings, services, shop drawings review, equipment, expertise and supervision to fully develop plans and specifications and construct post tension concrete tennis courts with new fencing and lighting to be located at the Town's two high schools (Hall High School, 975 North Main Street and Conard High School, 110 Beechwood Road). The goal of this project is to provide a new tennis facility at both high schools using post tension concrete. This project requires CDOL Prevailing Wages.
