**As of April 29, 2025, this project has been awarded to Shaw-Lundquist Associates, Inc. with the bid amount of $7,792,196.50.** The estimated cost for this project is $6,000,000.00 Questions Due: Friday, March 7, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Questions Answered and Addendums Due: March 12, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Each Bid Proposal must be accompanied by a Cashier's check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond acceptable to City of Mesquite in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the Bidder's "Base Bid" Proposal. Said Bid Security shall be payable without condition to City of Mesquite as a guarantee that the Bidder, if awarded the Contract, will promptly execute such Contract in accordance with the Bid Proposal and, in the manner and form required by the Bid Document, and will furnish the required PERFORMANCE and PAYMENT bonds.
