The materials required include approximately 8,620 feet of PVC pipe 6 inch through 12 inch in size, miscellaneous valves, fittings, and related appurtenances. All materials must be delivered by November 1, 2022. The Bid Package will be provided via email. Please contact Gary Weatherly, PE, J-U-B Engineers, Inc at (509) 783-2144 or gweatherly@jub.com to request an electronic copy. The Bid Package may be reviewed at the District office located at 4320 Road 111, Pasco, WA 99301. Each Bid must be submitted on the forms contained in the Bid Package and be accompanied by a cashiers check or Bid Bond, payable to Franklin County Irrigation District, in the amount not less than of the total bid amount. A signed proposal must be included with the bid packet together with copies of any addendums. FCID reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in the Bid or Bidding. Any Bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid after the hour set for the Bid opening thereof or before award of the contract unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) days. No alterations to the bid documents will be accepted.
