PSP Bedford Janitorial Furnish all labor, equipment and materials to perform janitorial services THREE (3) days per week at the PA State Police, at Troop G Bedford, and in compliance with the specifications listed below estimated to be effective from 08/01/2022 through 06/30/2023 with four (4) one (1) year renewals. Deadline for question submission is 06/14/2022. All questions are to be submitted in writing to jzarr@pa.gov Offeror must complete the cost matrix for this procurement in its entirety and attach (upload) with the bid submission. Attached to this IFB is a Proof of Visit Form which must be signed by the Station Commander or representative and the Vendor. The Contact Name and phone number for the Station site visit is at the top of the form. This form must be attached (uploaded) with the bid submission. Attached to this IFB is BOP-2201 Worker Protection form must be completed and attached (uploaded) with the bid submission.
