Renovation of a detention facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The work consists of replacement of fixtures, wall and floor finishes, plus doors and hardware in the East and West client washroom area and the CCU admitting area. The work includes architectural, mechanical and electrical trades. General Contractors will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to documents being issued. Tenders will be evaluated based on the information contained in the tender documents. The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received.
