The Tarkio Board of Public Works, Tarkio Missouri is seeking Statements of Qualifications from Qualified Engineering Consultants to provide engineering services to the Tarkio Board of Public Works specific to assistance with the wastewater treatment facilities (WWTF) operating permit, preliminary engineering report development, detailed design of potential wastewater improvements, construction inspection, and special engineering services. Preliminary engineering services will include evaluation of the proposed State Operating Permit for the WWTF and the development of a Preliminary Engineering Report to evaluate alternate improvements. Subsequent design and construction inspection services will include those required for implementation of the improvements proposed by the Preliminary Engineering Report. At a minimum, the following information shall be provided to the Tarkio Board of Public Works. The selection weighting criteria is indicated in parenthesis: 1) The specialized experience and technical competence of the firm with respect to wastewater systems and related work (35%); 2) The capacity and capability of the firm to perform the work in question (25%) 3) The past record of performance of the firm with respect to such factors as control of costs, quality of work, and ability to meet schedules (20%); 4) The firm's proximity to and familiarity with the area in which the project is located (15%). 5) References from previous clients involved with the firm within the past five years (5%). Statements of Qualification will be evaluated by the Tarkio Board of Public Works. The firm will be selected based on the above qualifications. The award will be made to the most qualified firm whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the Tarkio Board of Public Works; all factors considered.
