Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work to be completed under this contract will include, but not be limited to: Approximately 750 tonnes of HL4 asphalt, 2000 tonnes of Granular A, related excavations, 370 linear meters of watermain, 100 linear meters of storm sewers and related appurtenances, 310 linear meters of sanitary sewer, 1000 square meters of concrete sidewalk, 1000 linear meters of curb and gutter, associated street lighting decorative paving stone installation. This project involves landscape and planting within shrub beds. Construction activities will be planned and discussed with City Engineering in order to limit disruption to business activity as much as possible.
