This request is for an on-call professional services contract for parking garage repairs at Denver International Airport (DEN). The selected consultant will provide specialized expertise in parking garage repairs, structural repairs, moisture protection, and other expertise as needed on an on-call and as needed task basis. The scope of work may include, but is not limited to, facility evaluation, inspections, testing, reports, studies, programming, building information modeling (BIM) and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D, preliminary designs, finals designs, construction documents, plans, specifications, cost estimates, permitting, construction inspections, and construction administration for the assigned work. The annual investment into the maintenance and preservation of DEN's eight parking structures, main terminal roadways, terminal roadway bridges, and associated infrastructure is required to maintain the infrastructure in good working order and prevent the degradation of the garages' structural integrity. The contract value is based on the investigation and designs outlined in the current 10-year asset management report.
