Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Granby, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Project is the reconstruction of the Thompson Road corridor and associated pedestrian improvements. This will include removals, unclassified excavation, embankment, erosion control, curb and gutter, sidewalk, asphalt roadway, traffic control, and signing and striping. This is a Town of Granby project. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Colorado Department of Transportation. The CDOT prequalified contractor list is available at website. A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of bid price is required, and Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of bid, will be required. All questions shall be directed to the Project Engineer listed above no later than 4:00 PM on Monday November 28th, 2022. Final questions and answers will be posted no later than 12:00 PM on Wednesday November 30th, 2022.
