This Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is issued by The Niagara Parks Commission ("NPC") to establish a Vendor of Record arrangement with a qualified list of firms specializing in geotechnical testing and materials inspection services on an as needed basis for various locations throughout NPC as further described in the RFQ document. A Second Stage Process will be initiated at the option of NPC on an as-required basis to award individual service assignments. Only Vendors of Record are eligible to participate in any such Second Stage Process. The Vendor of Record Ceiling Price is $400,000.00. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
