As of August 11, 2022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The project includes, but is not limited to, removal of three existing 15" pipe culverts along the length of Sand Siding Road (being CMP, RCP, and SLCPP) and replacement with reinforced concrete pipes of increased diameter, in addition to three new reinforced concrete pipes at other points along the length of Sand Siding Road. Certain cross-pipe locations will include installation of guiderail. All new cross-pipes will include head and end walls, as well as standard riprap aprons and flexible delineator posts. The scope of work also includes grading of swales, in addition to resurfacing and regrading portions of Sand Siding Road. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 7/8/2022 10:00 AM Prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply to the project. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total.
