SUBMISSION GUARANTEE The tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee corresponding to 10% of the amount of the tender. - When the tender is transmitted on paper, this tender guarantee must be presented in the form of a bond, irrevocable letter of guarantee, certified cheque, money order or draft and comply with the conditions mentioned in the article "Tender guarantee of the Instructions to Bidders . - When the tender is transmitted electronically, this tender guarantee must be presented in the form of a bond or an irrevocable letter of guarantee and comply with the conditions mentioned in the "Tender guarantee" article of the Instructions to tenderers . No other form of guarantee is accepted with this mode of transmission. TRANSMISSION OF COMPLAINTS All complaints made to the Societe under section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR, chapter C-65.1) must be received at complaint@sqi.gouv.qc.ca , no later than the deadline set for receipt of these as indicated in the Additional Instructions . INFORMATION Tenderers who wish to receive clarifications concerning the call for tenders must communicate in writing to the e-mail address designated below maximum three working days before the deadline date and time for receipt of tenders , taking care to mention the SEAO contract, project and notice numbers in the subject line of the email. The Company also asks the tenderer to use the form Questions during the call for tenders when it is provided for in the tender documents by addressing a maximum of 25 questions per form.. If such a request for clarification is received two working days or less before the deadline date and time for receipt of tenders, the Company reserves the right not to consider it.
