In accordance with Section 7(b) of the Indian Self Determination and Education Assistance Act (ISDA), 25 U.S.C., 450e(b), an Alask Native/American Indian bidders preference will be applied in the amount of: 10% if the anticipated aggregate amount is less than $500,000.00, including all option years. Proof of preference eligibility may be required prior to award of any contract There will be no pre-bid conference held unless extensive questions arise regarding the solicitation. If one is held, it will not be mandatory. It is anticipated the estimated cost to be between $175,000.00 to $180,000.00. Requests for information may be submitted during normal business hours by contacting Kristina Bentler, Contracting Officer II, at e-mail address kabentler@anthc.org. Any questions regarding the bid must be in writing. The Contractor shall: (a) commence work under this contract within ten (10) calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the Notice to Proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently (c) complete the entire work, ready for use, not later than October 31, 2022. This performance period is mandatory. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: Not Applicable to this project. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
