CONTRACTS FOR SUPPLYING: Liquid Chlorine (W2308A), Sulfuric Acid (W2308B), Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic) (W2308C), Anhydrous Ammonia (W2308G), Sodium Hypochlorite (W2308H) The face of the envelope shall be addressed as follows: Town Clerk Town of Jupiter 210 Military Trail Jupiter, FL 33458 Chemical Bid for: [INSERT CHEMICAL BID] (W2308[INSERT LETTER]) The nature and scope of this project is: Supply the Town of Jupiter Utilities Water Treatment Plant with one or any of the following chemicals for use in the treatment of drinking water: liquid chlorine, sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide (caustic), anhydrous ammonia, and sodium hypochlorite (bleach) for a period of one year beginning October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023 in accordance with the contract specifications. Each of the chemicals will be supplied under separate contracts. All bids must be on a Unit Price basis (F.O.B.) on the Proposal Form. All questions concerning the bid shall be directed to Daniel Reid, Chief Plant Operator, in writing by email (danielr@jupiter.fl.us) or fax (561-743-8733). Questions delivered by email should contain the name of the Project/Bid in the subject heading of the email and be sent with read receipt to ensure successful receipt of the email by the Town. The Town of Jupiter reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all bids. The Town of Jupiter is an equal opportunity employer.
