Site work and paving for a civil project in Williston, South Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
For the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment for the 2022 Roadway Improvements - Jewel and Roy-Holmes Drainage Project This project involves installation of the drainage system on two projects in the city of Williston, in Barnwell County, South Carolina. The first project site is Jewel Lane, northwest of Williston, and the second is a combined road project of Roy Street and Holmes Lane in the city of Williston. Jewel Lane will include the installation of 28 feet of 18" reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), 70 feet of 24" RCP, and two SCDOT Type 9 catch basins. The Roy-Holmes project will include the installation of 389 feet of 15" RCP, 153 feet of 18" RCP, 10 feet of 24" RCP, one ZURN Z874-21 trench drain system, one SCDOT Type 9 catch basin, and one junction box. All reinforced concrete pipe will be Class IV. The pipe lengths given are based on nominal lengths. Add appropriate length to allow for catch basin or junction box wall thickness. This project includes excavation for the pipe installation, including the basin excavation for Jewel Lane and the tail ditch improvement for the Roy-Holmes project. The Contractor shall be responsible for erosion control measures for the drainage system during installation.
