This project involves installation of drainage for and paving of Willow Creek Circle in Barnwell, SC. The Willow Creek Circle project will pave Willow Creek Circle (4,932 ft) and connecting driveways. The project will also include the installation of 112 feet of 18" RCP. The pavement width is 26 ft (two 11 ft driving lanes with two 2 ft valley gutters). This project also includes all grade work required to reach the required grade and excavation of the drainage outfalls. Traffic management during paving will be the responsibility of the CONTRACTOR. Signage, including construction signage, and erosion control protection will be performed by the CONTRACTOR. Utilities (power, water meters, and telephone pedestals) will need to be relocated. These utilities will actually be relocated by the respective utility companies. However, the CONTRACTOR shall coordinate their relocation in conjunction with construction activities. The Barnwell County Engineering Office will oversee this project.
