To provide all labour, equipment, and materials for janitorial services at Ottawa Police Service buildings located at 474 Elgin Street and 252 McArthur in the Central district. 474 Elgin Street: The Ottawa Police Service Central Headquarters is a five story multi-functional office building that includes: cellblock/detainee area, 911 communication centre, gymnasium/gym, fleet garage, and meeting rooms that serve as the operation hub of Ottawa Police Services central division. The total building excluding the two parking levels represent approximately 125,000 square feet. 252 McArthur: The Community Police Centre consists of three washrooms, offices, and boardroom. The approximate total area represents 1,890 square feet.
