The City of Ottawa's Recreation, Culture and Facility Services Department, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking offers from qualified contractors to provide all labour, equipment, and materials for the provision of electrical services on an as and when requested basis, as described in the Section Five, Terms of Reference. During the timeframe of this Standing Offer, other Departments in the City may also make call ups under these terms and conditions. It is the City's intent to authorize a Standing Offer eligibility list of all responsive Offeror(s). An eligibility list will be created for each individual price schedule based on the Total Standing Offer Price of each price schedule (HST excluded), minus any prompt payment discount. For each price schedule, firms will be ranked in order of the lowest responsive Offeror to the highest responsive Offeror. The City intends to authorize the offers for call-up to the lowest responsive Offerors first.
