Submit sealed bid for a contract, lasting until June 30, 2023, for the purchase of Concrete for the City of Claremore and Claremore Public Works Authority. The City reserves the right to waive informalities in the bids and reject any or all bids for any reason whatsoever at the sole discretion of the City. The successful bidder will be notified in writing. The City of Claremore reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received. Bid forms shall be completely filled out either typewritten or written legibly.
