Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Claremore, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Project consists of a fully-sprinkled, conventional steel structure building with masonry and glass exterior with associated site work. PLEASE NOTE: The overall duration of construction for this project will be from July 2022 thru May 2023. The current overall construction schedule does not allow for additional days of construction to be awarded for weather or material delays. The Construction Manager reserves the right to require subcontractors to work in multiple shifts per day, weekends, and/or Holidays to make up for lost time, late starts, and other schedule delays. Costs for overtime, premium time or shift work is included in the base bid. Please consider this when submitting your proposal.
